Art is incredible therapy. What a gift it is to use music to explore our internal landscape.
The past 5 months I wrote an album aptly titled: “Therapy”. This project was therapeutic and is not about rumination or perfection. It is about honesty, reflection, and growth in real time. May you enjoy this album in all its rawness and may it bless you somehow.
